Who we are

The domain www.pickingmeup.com, from now on PickingMeUp is dedicated exclusively to the management and booking of fleets of vehicles for transfers and rental vehicle with chauffeurs and tours from Malaga to different destinations in Spain and abroad.


Transfers and car rental with chauffeur services are provided as follows.

Transfers AGP Malaga Airport.

All car rental services with driver from and to Malaga airport AGP are booked through the online booking form at www.pickingmeup.com or the contact form in the section “Contacts”, “Our vehicles”, “Our Chauffeurs”, Whatsapp, Telegram or phone call.

The contract for the services shall be deemed valid only when the client agrees with the general and particular conditions of the service(s), the conditions of the service(s) requested and pays the deposit agreed according to the services to be provided.

Once deposit has been made, PickingMeUp will manage and oordinate between chauffeurs, vehicles and the customer(s); and will take the necessary measures to guarantee the provision of the service(s) requested by the client(s).

Car rental with chauffeur:

Per fixed route.

By the hour.

Full time.

Tailored services are budgeted according to the characteristics of the service(s) requested and the method of payment will be agreed between both parties.

Confidentiality and Discretion.

Your booking and your personal data are treated with the utmost discretion.

For this reason, our staff and chauffeurs receive continuous training in data protection and discretion and our services include a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).


We have our own fleet of luxury vehicles.

All our vehicles are renewed frequently and and do not exceed 24 month of age .

They are purchased with luxury features to ensure that customers enjoy maximum comfort and premium settings.

All our vehicles are subjected to an inspection before and after each service to ensure hygiene, operability, safety and maximum performance for our customers.

We check every detail of our fleet to ensure that all our vehicles are in perfect visual and technical condition.


The client has the right to make changes to the time or date of their booking as long as the client notifies 24 hours prior to the original date and time of their scheduled booking.

The client agrees to notify the change(s) by phone call, Whatsapp or Telegram to the telephone number of the Chauffeur assigned after the Transfer or Shuttle Service was completed. The telephone number is provided to the client when completing the booking process.


Cancellations are free of charge as long as the client gives at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled booking date. In this case the deposit will be fully refunded.

The cancellation of bookings will incur a handling fee corresponding to the deposit paid during the booking if not notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the booking.


The client agrees to be at the pick-up location, date and time stated in the online booking process.

The chauffeur will always be in contact with the client to coordinate transfers.

If the client is going to be late for the pick-up, the client agrees to contact by phone, Whatsapp or Telegram with his assigned chauffeur to notify the delay and establish a new pick-up time.

This will allow the chauffeur to rearrange his schedule to meet the needs of the customer with a new appointment or new chauffeur and vehicle.

If the chauffeur is not notified of the delay in advance, the deposit paid on the booking will be considered lost and any future transfers will be considered as new and the full price of the service will be due.


If the client fails to show up at the location, date and time agreed in their booking or planned with their Chauffeur, the booking will be considered lost.

No-shows do not entitle the client to any claim or compensation.

Complaints and Claims

The transfesr and tours company has a Complaint Form available for clients to use.

If the client feels the need to make a complaint or claim, he is entitled to exercise his right to do so by requesting a complaint form from the chauffeur.

The customer can also channel his complaint through PickingMeUp.

In this case, PickingMeUp will take the customer’s complaint through the Contact Form on the website https://www.pickingmeup.com/contact-us/ and this complaint will be channelled to the responsible department.

What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it

PickingMeUp only collects the name, surname, telephone number and email address provided by the customer in the booking process or in the Online Contact Form.

In the case of the Booking Process, PickingMeUp collects the data in order to manage customer requests and future communications about the process.

In the case of the Online Contact Form, PickingMeUp collects the data for future communications related to the query made through this form.

This information will also be used for future telematic notifications related to the services that PickingMeUp provides directly or indirectly.

PickingMeUp never collects the Credit or Debit Cards provided in the reservations and payments of the services provided through our website.

Bank details are encrypted and pass only through payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal or the customer’s bank, so that the card details provided by the customer are anonymous in our case.


If you contact us via our online contact form you can choose to save your name, email address and telephone number in cookies. This is for your convenience, so that you don’t have to fill in your details again if you use the form again. The same applies when you make an online booking from our website. These cookies will last for one year.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.

These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional tracking from third parties, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that site.

Who we share your data with

PickingMeUp, as a Booking Centre service provider, offers services directly and indirectly through third parties who provide services through PickingMeUp, so that this data may be shared with partners for commercial purposes related to the services provided on the PickingMeUp platform.

How long we keep your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its meta-data are retained indefinitely. This is so that we can recognise and approve successive comments automatically, rather than keeping them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have booked any of the services offered on the PickingMeUp website or by contacting us through the Online Contact Form, you can request to receive an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor data may be reviewed by an automated spam detection service. This means that this information is available to third parties outside of us for the proper functioning of the Anti-Spam system.

How we protect your data

The data you provide on the Booking Form or Online Contact Form is protected by End-to-End encryption using SSL and HTTPS Secure Data Transaction Certificates.

Our Online Platform Database on our Web Server and Access to our Web Administration and Server are protected with security levels, passwords, strong encryption and Double Authentication.

What procedures do we use against data breaches?

Following both the recommendations in these cases and current laws, PickingMeUp in the event of a data breach and unauthorised access to data:

We audit all affected systems and platforms to gather as much information as possible and apply the necessary patches, updates and measures to prevent and/or correct the data breach.

We notify the customer(s).

We contact the relevant authorities and provide all necessary information and full cooperation with them so that they can take the necessary measures.
